The Schoolie Schedule

Well, the teams are locked in and the field is ripe with potential. We're stoked for Tournament Weekend and everything that comes with it... which brings us to our schedule of events!*

Tournament Week Schedule:

THURSDAY, MAY 16TH

  • 6pm-8pm: Striper Science & Spring Tactics, at Wilkens Science & Engineering Center (building #6) at Cape Cod Community College, 2240 Iyannough Rd, West Barnstable. Join us for an evening on striper science, more information on the Catch & Release ongoing study with our conservation partners, and striped bass success tactics on the cape led by Cheeky Ambassador Abbie Schuster.

 

FRIDAY, MAY 17TH

  • 10am - 12pm: Women's Event hosted by Cheeky Ambassador Abbie Schuster at West Dennis Beach.  All female-identifying anglers participating in Schoolie are welcome! This is a space to connect with the women’s fly fishing community.  Register here (its FREE)! 

  • 5pm-7pm: Captain's Bag pickup at The West End (Hyannis, MA). There is a special menu option for Schoolie Participants all weekend long - check out the fishermens menu HERE. 

  • 5pm - 9pm: Captains Party at The West End (Hyannis, MA).

  • 7pm: Captain's Meeting at The West End (Hyannis, MA).

 

SATURDAY MAY, 18TH

  • 4:30am-5:30am: Captain's Bag pickup at The West End (Hyannis, MA).
  • 5:30am: Tournament start time.

  • 4:00pm: Tournament ends — digital scorecards are due by exactly 4:00 pm. No late submissions will be accepted.

  • 5pm - 9pm: Schoolie Awards Celebration at The West End (Hyannis, MA).
